PoseNoir

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

PoseNoir ("we") offers pose ideas and a pose camera. This policy explains what we collect and why. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

Google user data

When you choose Sign in with Google, we receive only your Google account's name, email address and profile photo (the openid, email and profile scopes). We use them only to create and identify your PoseNoir account and show your name and photo on your profile. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, we do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties except the hosting providers that run the service.

Camera and photos

The camera is used only while you take a picture. Photos stay on your device unless you tap Post. Saving to your gallery happens on your device.

How we use it

Sharing

Public posts are visible to other users and to anyone with the link. Link-only posts are visible to people who have the link. Private posts are visible only to you. We use service providers (cloud hosting and Google Firebase for notifications, configuration and diagnostics) who process data on our behalf.

Children

PoseNoir is not directed to children under 13 and they may not create an account. Parents who post photos of their children are responsible for that choice and can make such posts private or delete them at any time. Report any content that puts a minor at risk and we will act quickly.

Retention and deletion

You can delete any post, or your whole account, from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts and likes from our servers within 30 days (backups roll off within 90 days). See Delete account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data. Contact dishapatel270804@gmail.com.
